About the role
We’re growing fast and looking for Account Executives who understand both hospitality and technology and know how to connect the two.
In this role, you’re not simply selling a product. You’ll help restaurant owners and teams rethink how they run their business. You understand their challenges, ask the right questions, and demonstrate how FRANK can make their daily operations smoother, more profitable, and more enjoyable.
From the first conversation to closing the deal, you’ll work closely with ambitious restaurant teams and play a key role in expanding FRANK’s presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and build relationships with restaurants that are a strong fit for FRANK.

Lead discovery calls and product demos, translating product capabilities into real-world restaurant operations.

Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through closing and onboarding.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while actively following up on opportunities and leads.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share customer insights and help shape future improvements.
What we're looking for

A proven commercial mindset with strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

A self-starter and closer who takes ownership and follows through.

Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and creating value for customers.

Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
