We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for Account Executives who understand both hospitality and technology and know how to connect the two. In this role, you’re not just selling a product. You’re helping restaurant owners and teams rethink how they run their business. 

You understand their challenges, ask the right questions, and show them how FRANK can make their day-to-day smoother, more profitable, and more enjoyable. You’ll work closely with ambitious restaurant teams, from first conversation to closing and play a key role in expanding FRANK across the market.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively reaching out to and building relationships with restaurants that are a good fit for FRANK;
     

  • Leading conversations and demos where you translate the product into real-world use;
     

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing;

  • Building a strong pipeline and actively following up on leads;
     

  • Collaborating with marketing and product to share customer insights;
     

  • Ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding so customers get off to a strong start;

What we are looking for

  • Proven commercial talent with a strong feel for people;
     

  • A doer. A closer. Someone who takes ownership;
     

  • Someone who gets energy from building relationships and trust;

  • Experience with or familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM systems);
     

  • Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment;
     

  • Someone who values autonomy and handles it responsiblyy;
