Founded by Arthur Bassant in 2025, FRANK quickly earned the trust of leading restaurants in Dutch gastronomy. Through years of close relationships across the industry, from chefs and owners to operators, and managers, the same frustration kept coming up:
restaurant tech often looks polished on the surface, with sleek websites and impressive feature lists, but beneath that layer the actual systems are complex, far from intuitive, and harder to work with than they should be.
