As soon as they contact us or request a demo through your link, we'll know the referral came from you.

You will receive a €250 referral bonus when the restaurant you recommend has been live with FRANK for 3 months. Additionally, both you and the new restaurant will receive 1 month free on top of your current subscription.

Once the restaurant you recommended has been a FRANK customer for three months, you'll receive your reward. We'll always keep you up to date.

No. All you have to do is contact us. We'll take care of everything from demo to onboarding.

When we receive a new referral, we always check immediately if we are already in contact with this restaurant. If that is the case, the referral does not apply. We always let you know as soon as possible so that you know whether you are eligible for the referral bonus.
