Terms & Conditions – Free Apple iPad A16 (11")

You qualify for the promotion if you meet all of the following conditions:
 

• You sign a new FRANK subscription with a term of 1 or 3 years.

• The agreement is signed on or before 30 September 2026.

• Your restaurant is live with FRANK on or before 31 October 2026.

• Your first invoice has been paid in full.

• You requested a demo through one of FRANK's official channels.
   

Once all of the above conditions have been met, your iPad will be shipped.

• The Apple iPad A16 (11") will be shipped within 30 days after payment of the first invoice.

• The iPad will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• A maximum of one iPad will be provided per subscription.

• This promotion is available to new FRANK customers only.

• The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless confirmed otherwise by FRANK in writing.

• The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or alternative products.

• If the subscription is cancelled or the eligibility requirements are not met, the right to receive the free iPad will expire.

• If an order or agreement is cancelled before all promotion conditions have been fulfilled, no iPad will be provided.

When participating in this promotion, the Restaurant chooses one of the following benefits:

• a 10% discount on subscription fees for 1 year; or

• a 30% discount on subscription fees for 3 years; or

• a free Apple iPad A16 (11-inch).

These benefits cannot be combined with one another. This promotion cannot be combined with any other FRANK discounts or offers.

The selected promotional benefit will be recorded in writing when the agreement is concluded.

• This promotion is valid while stocks last.

• FRANK reserves the right to provide an equivalent or newer Apple iPad model if the Apple iPad A16 (11") is no longer available.

FRANK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, modify the promotion, or end the promotion at any time if circumstances require. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already fulfilled all eligibility requirements.

FRANK is not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays by Apple, distributors, or shipping providers.
